I have brought my own food for years. Whether in economy or business, I just ask for the tray, cutlery etc—everything but the actual food. Many flight attendants have said that they think that this is the way to go. I would NEVER eat airplane food.

If they add stuff to make the plane food tasty why does the food we take ourselves taste ok/good? We haven’t added anything to the food we’ve taken with us so how does that make sense?!

tremendous amount is crazy 😭 it’s a lot of salt, sugar and other preservatives. drink a lot of water and you’ll be fine 😩

hes right, I used to work for a aviation food manufacturer and they have labs to make sure it tastes right coz our taste buds change at that altitude
