didn’t Utahraptor (my goat) also have a rather large thumb claw similar to Shri? Kinda cool if this is basically the little league version of Utahraptor

This is the second species of Shri, with the type species being Shri devi. Both species are known from the Late Cretaceous of Mongolia, with Shri devi known from the Barun Goyot Formation ,and Shri rapax from the Djadochta Formation.

So velociraptor was the Fennec Fox of dinosaur times. Larger relatives did exist outside the desert but it was small quick and highly perseptive to survive the desert. We know lots about it than its larger relatives so it carries more cultural caption as its a enviroment with a higher chance of fossilisation

Considering it’s a dromeosaur it probably had the toe claw, and if it had both toe and thumb claw wouldn’t thag men’s they did the stereotypical raptor latch? I mean they got FOUR limbs to hold on with

Do mr Dino Dude. I asked this question in one of your lives but you didn't answer it so is the Tarbosaurus from JWCC accurate? Like those spike looking things and does it have the exact head shape as a Tyrannosaurus Rex as it was a Tyrannosaurid? And those color schemes?

Day 7 of asking: was the ansestor of all dinosaurs scaly, since I know the most basal avemetatarsailians was featherd but is it reasonable that the species that became the C.A of Dinosaurs was scaly and many dinosaurs just switched back to feathers if needed(like celourosaurs), since scales seem to MOSTLY be default in non celourosaurs

i had a question,Why fossils of prehistoric animals found in deep water like in Lakes or the seas seemingly is quite rare like why does this happen,My guess is fossils that is underwater is so much harder to found than land and can you talk about one if there is cases of fossils found underwater
