Peach, Burrata & Prosciutto Toast 🔥 Ingredients (makes 2 toasts): - 2 thick slices of sourdough or ciabatta - 1 ripe peach (or nectarine), thinly sliced - 2–3 slices of prosciutto - 1 ball of burrata cheese - Olive oil (extra virgin) - Balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade, see below) - Fresh basil leaves - Optional: honey or hot honey drizzle, cracked black pepper, lemon zest Method Toast the bread: Drizzle the sourdough slices with olive oil and toast until golden and crunchy (griddle pan or toaster both work well). Prepare your toppings: Slice the peach thinly. Tear the prosciutto into rustic ribbons. Drain the burrata and gently pull it apart for that creamy interior. Assemble the toast: Add a layer of burrata down on the toasted bread Lay down the peach slices. Drape over the prosciutto. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top. Add more spoonfuls of burrata.
