We were told HHS is handling and our agency wouldn’t be sending the notice to our personal emails and that HHS will be mailing it to us. Also NIH (not my agency) has very good information on the RIFs and answers a lot of questions about dates and next steps. I wish we were just all provided this information instead of finding the info from multiple sources, none directly from HHS.

So we currently are 0201 series we applied to the 0201 hr specialist series and we are hearing that they are looking to move us to an 0343 series MPA. Are there legal ramifications for the IRS if we were picked up competitively for the 0201 which is specialized and moved to the 0343 series which is generalized? Makes us more vulnerable.

When I was locked out in April, and couldn’t get a copy of my RIF letter, I contacted several members of Congress. I got several copies of my letter about a month later
