@kellykkroberts: Injuries happen. They suck—but they’re part of the process. Here’s what to do when something feels off: 1-Get help if you can. A PT who works with runners is gold. Even 3–4 visits can go a long way. Film your exercises for reference. 2-Prioritize soft tissue work. Dry needling and sports massage = amazing. But foam rolling, lacrosse ball work, and doing it yourself matter too. 3-Strength & rehab are non-negotiable. Take it seriously. 4-Modify your plan. You’re not falling behind—you’re adapting.
