Oh I went there in high school. It was so problematic. You cannot be within 6” of someone of the opposite gender. If your panty hose have a tear on them you get in trouble for making the boys sin. And if they think you wrote a self deletion note they lock you in the office with the school counselor whole she berates you into a panic attack and forces you to read verses about obedience. Ask me how I know lol. They also knew my friend was gettinf violently abused at home, did nothing, and would even specifically call her dad anytime she got in trouble at school so he’d beat her when she got home.

I went to the camps last year and the year before. They cracked down on the camps this year. Chapel everyday instead of just Sunday and Wednesday (lost like 2 hours of education, same price tho) and then you can’t go to a different place without a counselor. And the counselor this year aren’t the nicest, I know a couple of them

If you have an hour of free time, read their student conduct rules. Their stance on ectopic pregnancies is WILD. Been there once and it was a weird vibe

I used to work at the Starbucks on east north street closes to the campus. The amount of BJU students we had to kick out due to viewing ✨explicit ✨ material in the CAFE was mind boggling. Your laptop might not be facing me but I CAN SEE THE REFLECTION IN THE WINDOW BEHIND YOU.
