My now ex-wife that I was married to for 10 years was having an affair with a guy at the post office that she worked at for over three years and everybody in that office and neighboring Post Office‘s all knew about it, and I was the only person that was left in the dark For the entire time.. these people are lowlifes for having the affair but all the people in the offices that knew about it and said nothing are just as bad if you ask me..

Im not sure I understand why the career repercussions? People’s private life decisions is up to them and separate from career… this has nothing to do with their ability to do their jobs well - even if they work together …

I had a job where I was working 2nd shift for a while. my ex was talking to another man and I guess it evolved from texts to phone conversations to talking for hours while ignoring our 10yr old daughter. I called every evening on my break and she was able to be perfectly normal. but she had hit so brazen that she kept talking to him when our son was home from college, he overheard her telling that guy she loved him, starting to make plans for the future etc etc. Son didn't know what to do about it after he realized it wasn't me or just a female friend or family member. she did have his number programmed in as a female friend and I'm sure in her mind she thought the kids would think it was a female friend but she got completely casual about it and never even felt like she was doing anything wrong. in fact our son hasn't had any contact with her in going on six years and she still blames me for alienating him and him for rejecting her, she never apologized, just lied and denied and tried to drive wedges between my son and I who u have a great relationship with. this gal she will be missing his wedding 🥹...

It’s wild how people look the other way instead of protecting the partners and kids. My husband’s AP often went to see him at work and they went to lunch, walking from the job site. No one said a word.

Yep. My ex had an affair with a subordinate at work and both coworkers and boss knew. That broke my heart when I found out they knew and they never acted.

Right, I’ve been divorced 7 years and people are just now starting to tell me about seeing my ex husband out with his gf (the affair went on for 2 years). Would have been nice to have been told then not now after the fact. I can’t imagine finding out this way though.
