The reason it’s backed up is because ppl are waiting til the end to get in the right lane which is causing ppl to brake. If everyone got in the lane then traffic would run smoothly. It’s called bottle necking

No actually you are slowing everyone down who’s not taking that exit. The left lane is for people staying on I-84 they shouldn’t have to slow down for people trying to get over into stopped traffic. I hate that exit because I’m going straight but have to slow down for line jumpers
