@flolyfe: Full body KB strength circuit 🌊 can you hit 4x rounds in under 20 minutes? 🤔 FULL WORKOUT: - 12x Alternating Cleans (modification: KB RDLs) - 12x KB Bent Over rows (modification: 3-point Rowd) - 12x KB Swings (modification: 12x glute bridges) - 12x KB Curls (modification: DB curls) - 3R/3L KB Snatch Build Up (modification: KB Cleans) - 100x Jump Rope Singles (modification: 40x jumping jacks) REPEAT for 4x rounds, rest as needed Pushing to do this in under 20 minutes will be more of a conditioning workout, SO if you want to work more on strength and hypertrophy.. SLOW IT DOWN and take 1-3 minutes between each round to recover before hitting the next set so you can load things up as much as possible.
