2nd post about this in the last 3. Been an issue for more than 20 years. The NATA has not fixed this, salaries, reimbursement, etc. Moving to a masters was not the right decision.

My patients (I work tactical) always call me a PT or Doc. I have to nicely remind them though I am a medical professional I have a unique skill set to get them healthy as safely and quickly as possible. They respond well to it but they still get misdirected because they have never had contact with ATs before they came to us.
