I was put on it for cramps to the point of puking after 6 ish years of it happening. after being told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol to the point that I couldn't take it anymore because it didn't work, my body was used to it. Many female Dr's and an OB later a regular NP listened😭 she wants to do the scans to look into the why. not heres another pill. your depressed? your not eating right. your not excersizing. my job was literally running around and wrestling dogs. how am I not excersizing for 10 hours 5 days a week?

if you read the article she's referencing it's really not as bad as shes saying. it's just stuff thats already in the risks page and the chance for getting cancer from bc pills is so low it's not bad enough to not use as medication- it also says it lowers chances of other cancers. the article is also about literally how tiktokers are fearmongering by saying bc being a carcinogen is new 💀 when it's been known for over a decade now and if you read the pamphlet (like you should with any medication) it lists it so we are informed

My second period I had at 13 lasted 3 months then was on birth control until I was about 16 a junior in high school it helped me tremendously have my flow be normal and then I got off of it and I didn’t have a period for a year and 3 months but after that it’s been every month pretty much just not at the same time every month which is fine

Took it once 15 yrs ago. read the whole paper that came with it. it said in it that can cause cancer. special if taken for long time. I only took it for 20 day. because it messed me up bad, physical, and mental.

Unfortunately it’s a necessary evil for my daughter. She has a learning disability and mentally cannot handle having a period. She’s on one that stops it altogether. Maybe in a few years she can come off of it as her mind matures.
