My parents keep suggesting that I use fidget toys during school to help with my focus and memory but it's honestly more just generalised brainfog and almost nothing helps with maintaining focus for me unless I'm really engaged in the topic (such as one of my interests, which don't get brought up during school) I was wondering if you or anyone else would know something that could help?
