Mohammed ibn Ishâq ibn Khuzaïma (d. 395 AH): « To whoever does not acknowledge that Allah is above the heavens on His Throne, distinct from His creation (bâin ‘an khalqihi), it is incumbent to call him to repent, and if he refuses, to strike off his head, and to throw his remains into the garbage so that he does not bother the Muslims and the Dhimmis with his putrid smell! » Sheïkh el Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned it in: * Bayan Talbis al-Jahmiyyah (2/42, 582) * Dar' Ta'arud al-'Aql wa al-Naql (6/264) * Al-Hamawiyyah (329, 340) And regarding it, he made the following comment: « Al-Hakim reported it from the latter, with an authentic chain of narration. »
