I used to work for them back in like 2022? But anyways I did prep and it’s honestly so easy to make!! They steam the chicken but I don’t have a steamer so I just boil. You can shred using a food processor if you have one. You basically blend the celery for the flavor not the crunch, add that with the seasoning. They use a secret seasoning and the packets weren’t even labeled lol but I tried kinders “the blend” and it was pretty dang close. Then you add in your dukes mayo and mix and there ya go the classic chicken salad. I can’t remember exactly what’s added to make the kicker Kailyn but I’m pretty sure it’s just shredded cheddar, cayenne pepper, and siracha. I don’t remember measurements but personally I’d start with less and add as needed.
