I hate the little spoon but I do use it because it makes me feel like I'm eating more. My husband has always been thin and he usually gets the little spoon by choice. I've always been a food shoveler, he's a always been a slow eater. It makes sense .

If ypu know your etiquette the big spoon is for soup the small spoon is for entree the big fork is for entree and the small fork is for salad
