I went to a private k-12 school and dealt with non stop bullying and s*xual harrasment on the bus. every. single. year. my kids will NEVER get on a bus.

I lived in a small town and was in the same school through all grades, but we were sectioned off on the school bus and the building was split. The plus was that my cousins and siblings were able to be around if anything happened.

my daughters charter school kindergarten /high school they are in separate buildings but her buses have monitors my daughters health she was doing virtual for awhile her this past school year ,she sits with a monitor because of her situation I been having second thoughts ..

Early childhood educator here…💯 agree. There is a big difference in the physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional needs and abilities in the different age groups.

Mann I’m from NY I went to thoes schools i would dare put my kids through that I was ok because it was 18 Mccrays in one school cousins sister brothers we all went to the same school they knew who was together

Yup. Had to take my daughter out of a middle/high school bc the high school influence was too much! Constant fighting etc

The new school in my area was built to-be K-12. When I tell you the parents had uproar about that at the board meeting, they changed it to 8-12 grade. I don't feel comfortable having small children and older children together like that.
