These kinds of things seem unbelievable to me, honestly. I don’t understand how, in 2025, there are still women and men who allow physical, emotional, or psychological violence. That just doesn’t make sense to me. Whether it’s violence against women or violence against men—which also exists—I believe that in this century, in this year, there’s no excuse for tolerating any kind of abuse. I believe there are phone numbers where you can get help. I believe there are websites where you can find support. I believe you can call the police and they will help you. So, in this case and in many others, people have what they choose to have, not what they deserve—because no one deserves violence of any kind: not physical, not emotional, not mental, nothing. We have and tolerate only what we allow ourselves to tolerate.
