On Michelle’s side. I took my mom (who has dementia) in for her labs. It has been booked two months. They had no record of her labs. Her lab is by apt. The doctor didn’t put the labs in. It takes a lot Of work to get my mom out of the house.

As someone who’s done lab, ALWAYS have a physical copy of your order. It makes things so much easier and Michelle would be in and out. 😂

She does have a bit of an attitude, but as somebody who has been assured that my blood orders would be at places and I get there and they’re never there, I kind of feel her. It is not the blood place fault, but it is incredibly frustrating to have to chase shit down all the goddamn time.
