@divaqbbq: My recipe for hot smoked 🍊 honey 🍯 salmon 🐟 is perfect for entertaining and can be eaten hot right off the grill or chilled down to serve cold the next day. Preheat your @Traeger Grills grill to 275F generously season a skin on salmon filet with Traeger Rub. Place your salmon filet skin side down on a trimmed piece (paper should be 2-3 inches larger than the salmon filet) of Traeger butcher paper and place on the grill. Grill until the internal temperature of the salmon is 130F then glaze with a heated mixture of 3 parts good quality Orange marmalade to 1 part clover honey and 1/4 cup hot sauce. Return to the grill and continue until the internal temperature of the salmon is 145f in its thickest part. Deliciously easy. Real food.
