But the parent citizenship requires that the child apply for naturalization still no? Is that still a proper deportation if the US does that or is it covered by the constitution even if you didnt apply?

I was born in Mexico in 1977 to a USC mom and I do not qualify for automatic citizenship. 😩😩

So, for all you who have been wrongfully informed it was not possible to deport a US citizen, y’all now know that it is totally and fully possible. The US is unfortunately a country and a mentality of Sugar Coating and bitter truths like these are often swept under the carpets. Not good at all. I am only learning now, through one of Mr. Bernstein’s videos that the misrepresentation of a tourist visa to the US, entails a permanent lifetime bar from ever entering the US again. But why did I, despite all my struggles to get this information out of the USICS consular and embassy officers fail? Why couldn’t no consular officer tell me the real simple truth?? Why do we get such important information from the social media instead of from the embassy???? What a shame to America.

My nephew who is a white British citizen was kidnapped by ice on the way to work it’s not only Mexican people, he has a vawa while in the process of a green card paid his taxes work permit and no criminal record and put into some kind of concentration camp for a month and deported he has been physically and mentally tortured while in there and his whole life ripped from him I don’t know how he is going to recover from this ,surely this has to b criminal 😡

Hi I have a question am I getting played by my lawyer my husband and I I-130 got approved but he has an asylum case still open so our I-485 was administerly closed our lawyer is saying he can’t file a motion to terminate because of trump he just wouldn’t explain and that we wasted our money filing ourselves respond when you can please we feel so lost and backed into a corner🙏🏽🙏🏽

: Got detained by ICE, I retained Brad law firm to help me but unfortunately they failed to do their job and help me get out, they took 11,000$ from me but didn’t do nothing at all, waste my time, screw my life , he works with lazy ladies like Lawanda and Shanon who talks more than working, playing with people life, don’t really care if you get deported, just care about their money only but even upon received the money, they waste your time time for months without doing nothing, without no application till ICE deport you. Be really careful, they cause extreme harship to me and my lil kids after living in US for 23 year with no criminal record and got deported to my country because of neglecting so called lawyers who doesn’t care about your case. I’m requesting to be refund at least 6000$ cause they didn’t applied for what I paid for, they killed the time till ICE deport me and then they close my case and keep my money. They talk more than they work. Be careful ❗️❗️❗️.
