It’s so simple but I simply can not bring myself to weigh, measure, and log everything I consume. I suppose I will perpetually be 30lbs overweight.

Great job! And damn, those before and after pics. You lookin like a snack these days!!❤️. And everything you referenced is correct on burning calories. I would add one more….muscle. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn when at rest, and at exercise.
