@shutyourmouthjackie: Last year a week before this meet injured my foot. I literally dropped the bar on my 3rd attempt cause I leaned on that foot a little too much. After that my squat really never felt the same for months. After months of finding my footing again (literally) and tons of mobility, tweaks to my form, hand placements etc, I can now say I think it’s clicking again. I went 3/3 on squat for the first time in a year and I honestly probably had at least 2.5 more kilos in the tank. I can’t wait to rep this weight 👏🏽 #powerlifting
