i studied hair and stuff lowk it’s probably just stress and also depends on ur hair type, routine, and shampoo and conditioner u use, plus also the amount of product u use. People usually try to fix their routines and everyday activities that may effect it.

girl i gotchu, oil ur hair like 2x a week with AMLA OIL. I SWEARRRR by this. it grows ur hair back so fast like im telling u. make sure you massage it in really aggressively especially the spots you may be losing the most hair from! also make sure your washing ur hair atleast 2x a week and wash ur hair 2-3 times in the shower to really get all that oil and gunk out! you could also use a nice conditioner through the ends of ur hair! and make sure to sleep in a bonnet EVERY single night trust.
