I think the part that makes this really bad and going to ruin their career is the fact that they work together and he’s the CEO and she’s the Head of HR in a company. Whether cheating happened or not.

Nah, the work issue is less about the fact that he cheated and more about the circumstances. Having a relationship with a subordinate is most assuredly prohibited and opens the company up to significant liability because of their positions. If they are fired it is because they put the liability of the company at risk for not following a reasonable company policy and they absolutely deserve to lose their jobs for that alone.

I mean it’s objectively incredibly wrong and they were in public acting like that…the camera didn’t follow them into a private hotel room. A workplace scandal like that is insane and it makes sense people are commenting and publicizing

He showed poor judgement, lack of strategic planning, and a lack of integrity …that’s the opposite of the qualities a board should want in a CEO. If they wanted to keep it between the four of them, they probably shouldn’t have taken it to a stadium.

I think since it was with a coworker and they are both in high positions- they will probably look differently at the expense reports. Was he taking her to dinner on the company’s dime? There could be a lot more unethical issues here. It’s not just the cheating that may be uncovered.
