Cerave oil control moisturizer, no primer, Merit tinted mineral sunscreen and the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray. I am 31 and suffered with oily skin and makeup! Ever since I used these products, my makeup stays the entire day and does not feel like it’s melting off 🩷

I’m extremely oily in my T zone. Everything everyone recommended did NOT work. I found this combo on my own. CereVe foaming face wash oil control and Elf thirst burst drops and moisturizer/primer. It didnt completely go away but it keeps most of my oil at bay. 💯

niacinamide serum!! and the “balancing and clarifying serum” from the ordinary! (both i use are from the ordinary, but the second serum doesn’t list what ingredient it is on the label so i don’t remember off the top of my head) i rec u just start with niacinamide!

I recently learned that you should do your skincare routine first, then apply setting powder (I use Maybelline Fit Me Loose) all over your face but not too much and then blending it in. Next, wipe off the excess powder, then apply setting spray (any brand). After that, prime your face (I use NYX Pore Filler), then apply foundation, and finish with another layer of setting spray. From there, continue with the rest of your makeup. This method should result in a smooth and matte finish! I have very oily skin and this is the only method that has prevented my makeup from melting off!
