The current AI tools can not replace human designer/developer. I personally trued so many tools and the conclusion is that they just boost productivity and not going to replace human for now.

It won't happen lol...have you tried to code with ai, its inconsistent gets things wrong..its terrible...its should only ever be used as a tool thats it lol
