He’s 💯 correct. NE Chinese food is apecfic to our region. My family moved down south and another moved to Cali. They all complain about how much the miss our Chinese.

I’ve said this for years! I lived in New Hampshire and Massachusetts my whole life, and then moved to Austin Texas and couldn’t believe how disgusting their Chinese food was. New England Chinese food is unmatchable.
