@laylasthetixs: To make this as simple as I can 1. I only do two upper body that consist of hitting every muscle group (i don’t hit chest) 2. My upper body days consist of 2 shoulder movements, 2 back movements, 1 bicep and 1 tricep movement 3. I do about 2-3 warm up sets and 3 working sets on every movement 4. My rep range for each moving is 8-12 reps 5. I do still progressive overload and try to do more weight as time goes on to get stronger and grow the muscles Psa: I’m in my growth phase for bodybuilding so the goal is to grow arms as much as possible but you won’t really start to see the definition until you are in a cut after months of building
