thank you for your advice!! I'm a cleaner in a residents for 24 patients with all levels of Dementia and Alzheimer mixed. Our system doesn't realize how much interaction I have with our residents and unfortunately I have not gotten any form of training, even just a light training on how to react when in certain situations. But i have been practicing what you are puttinf on here, and it does give me more confidence and i don't feel out of place when situations come up. thank you 🤍

Pt wandering into other pt rooms while wandering all night. Pt is in snf so assigned as 1.1, which by itself is overstimulating her. She has been extremely aggressive with all of her CNAs. This is night time behavior.
