Dated him for 2 years supporting him working full time and part time caring for a woman with cancer. Was lovebombed and manipulation and gaslighting but he constantly denied it. Found out beginning of this year the lady never had cancer and they’d been together for 10 years. He broke me. Triggered me into abandonment fear and trust issues with every single person in my life. This year I’ve healed and learnt to love myself. I’m free when I didn’t think I would leave and stay away ✨

It takes real courage to walk away. 5 years of domestic abuse and violence and I was a husk of myself but I was determined to get away and I did! It definitely leaves you scarred but I won’t let him win…ever 💕

I was a shell when i didn't go back. it's been 3 years since we broke up and I still get shaken when I see a similar car to his. he broke me . I fixed myself and I got a good group if people around me that help me 🥰
