I mean this is a fair modification if you are injured or are an absolute beginer with strength training as it is like a step before doing pushups on your knees. That was how I had to start doing pushups after a back injury healed. Did they at least ask if you were injured, I mean they should have at least asked before kicking you out?

I would just do one or two and edit the video and make it long just repeating the sequence plus he wanted it to be 3x speed so he couldn’t tell. I did that the whole course and got a award since I had a perfect grade in the class lol
