I had double lung covid pneumonia and refused to be hospitalized. My doctor said the best thing i could do was walk. I walked and walked and walked and don't even remember it because I was so sick but no doubt it kept me alive

The hospital almost killed my dad when he had COVID. They had his oxygen so high he had third degree burns from frost bite. He finally left the hospital and slowly recovered. He has one lung too.

They knew this from the Spanish Flu that’s one of the reasons they had tent feild hospitals in open air. So they could take patients out side and allow them direct sunlight. Fresh air and sunlight is a natural cleanser.

Sunlight is definitely therapeutic. Vitamin D, mood boosting, etc. But I work on one of these types of units in a hospital. Let’s not pretend it wasn’t ALSO the medications and respiratory treatments that helped him recover. If sun alone was some miracle treatment, Covid would not have killed so many.

Accomplished something similar with a micropreemie and his Mama who never got to hold him and he was dying on the oscillator. His mama held him skin to skin and he weened to conventional vent within a week and CPAP in a month. He graduated HS 2 yes ago and is in college 💜
