her haters act like she killed someone and is irredeemable, and her fans enable and encourage her harmful behaviors. nobody is perfect; we all have faults. we’re all capable of being toxic or harmful to others, no matter how far we are in our healing journey. i feel like a lot of people are forgetting that. i'd love to see more nuanced takes on huda, but it seems like a lot of people are on extremes of loving or hating her. this was my first time watching love island and the extreme fans ruined the season, imo.

I watched the whole thing and honestly still feel the same. I felt bad hearing about her past trauma but then they went into the villa talk and all her behavior was enabled and justified. I’m sorry but everyone has gone through traumatic things, some more than others, but that is never an excuse to speak to people the way she did, lie and manipulate truths the way she did and most importantly threaten to have a bad day with someone because they chose to set a boundary and not touch her. The segment about her trauma would’ve landed better if actual accountability was taken and if the Alec Cooper didn’t egg on her behavior for the sake of views and follows from Hudas fan base.

Half these people who are wanting accountability bashing her have never taken a Accountability with people on their own lives or hold people in their lives to this standard. They are humans. We all mistakes. I think we all have crashed out in one point in our lives.
