As an alcoholic, it's strange how similar your old addiction with food was. I'm getting the help I need but the way you talk about it I know it was a real addiction. And it's not like you can quit food. You can quit alcohol but you still have to eat everyday, and that's a whole harder process in itself. I give all the props to you lady! ♥️

I learned the 80/20 rule and it has helped tremendously! What you eat 20 percent of the time is not going to override what you’re doing that 80 percent. It’s VBS week so I’ve had some extra snacks and that is a-okay! And tasty! lol

I have a cheat day like once every two weeks, I think it helps a lot tbh. But I’ve been eating more normal food since I’ve hit my goals
