Furby fixer and bike mechanic here— some of the 05’s have triangular screws like that, You can order screwdrivers that fit in there on Amazon! As for the elevated part, I’d say cut it down with a good pair of side cutters, sand it down, maybe fill in the hole with clay if you want?
