@waterfowlrescue: Urgent Supply Needs This Week As a nonprofit wildlife rescue, we rely entirely on donations to care for the animals who come through our doors. We have already helped thousands this year, and every supply you send directly impacts the lives of the animals we treat. Here are a few items we are urgently in need of: 🧼 Chlorhexidine We use this in our boot baths to disinfect footwear between enclosures. It helps prevent the spread of disease across the property. We use it constantly and have had trouble keeping it in stock. Tractor Supply carries it if you are able to drop some off. 🪱 Dried Mealworms These are added to our birds' daily salads to provide extra protein, especially for young or underweight patients. 🧴 Hibiclens Solution This gentle antiseptic is used in wound cleaning and daily treatment for many of our birds and small animals.
