@dr3fastpitch: From Day One to D1 🥎 Megan Gregory walked into her first lesson with only six months of pitching experience—and a fire in her eyes. She was 14 years old, brand new to the circle, and ready to put in the work. That was back in 2020, just after I moved to Canton, GA and started building DR3 Fastpitch. Since then, we’ve been side-by-side through every season—through the ups, the setbacks, the grind, the breakthroughs. From high school bullpens to college breaks… now she’s a junior pitcher at a Power Four program: Indiana University. Watching Megan grow mentally, physically, emotionally—it’s been nothing short of incredible. Every “no” that came her way? She turned it into fuel. Every door that closed? She built her own. Discipline. Grit. Focus. Determination. She’s a role model for pitchers everywhere—and a prime example of what happens when you don’t just dream big… you work big.
