came in for a touch up on my hight lights she took 5 hours didn’t even TONE my hair or style it my hair was yellow for my senior year prom and i asked if i could get it toned a few weeks later she told me it would be 80 dollars for a service she didn’t even do the first time (she’s my dads ex gf) not to mention i told her i didn’t rly want a lot of hair cut off she told me my ends were dry and cut at least 4 inches off. THATS A LOT for me okay ✋🏻

Constantly texted her about how I was concerned about my hair health, only for her to “down play” my feelings by making it seem like I was the problem, would have an attitude but still try to “nice” in her message for public views. left and not turning back. Oh also, I was driving 4 hrs to her!

I asked for blonde we agreed it would take 2 sessions I had dark brown hair first do I was red head it was pretty but I kid you not 4 sessions later it pulled so good bright blonde and she toned me a darker red again so I bought box dye went back to brown never got my hair done since😂

Bleached the underneath of my hair. Mind u my hair is natural red and I asked for her just to put purple on it for Hawaii and she bleached it. AND MY EXPENSIVE $80 Morgan Wallen hoodie. So I said I’m just gonna go back to my aunt . Ain’t going back to my mom’s friend.. ain’t happening ever
