I’m a machine operator 3 where i work at. funny part is i see other operators got a tool box with no tools so they buy the tool box just for show and they don’t do shit lol lol 😂 borrow tools then it end up being gone.

Tools should be supplied by the company. It's NEVER made sense that technicians need to supply their own tools to perform their job duties. And the same goes for ALL of the trades.
