not only can he retract his plea before sentencing, he has 42 days after sentencing to appeal on grounds of ineffective counsel. So nothing will be set in stone until 42 days AFTER sentencing.

Judge Hippler is a very good Judge. I think he recognizes he has to protect BK (although undeserving) so that way he cannot come back and do this all over again.

Hippler was planted, like everyone else in this case. His specialty is Medical cases, not Homicide, at the firm he formerly partnered, Givens Pursely: The very SAME firm that the crime scene was secretly transferred to, less than 4 weeks after the crimes. Small world indeed. 🌱🧐

Do people not understand that not all discovery is public record? Yes certain documents are public records and some may be redacted, but states evidence is not going to be made available. The public doesn’t get unlimited to access to the file. Not in any criminal case. Discovery is sent to the attorneys privately-it’s not filed with the clerk to be made public.

The only reason to order that the documents remain sealed in a case that's by all intents and purposes finalized, is to hide something. I know that makes me sound like a conspiracy theorist, but so be it.
