Chicken Stock? Yes it adds great flavour but then it’s a chicken broth? Why not vegetable stock for our vegetarian friends?

Didn’t sweat the onions, leeks or celery to extract flavor & moisture, didn’t attempt any caramelization on carrots, zero garlic, herbs, seasonings/spices, cream, tomatoes purée, nothing. This has got to be a bland soup.
