I am always glad that they clap back because, especially on new release day / just before/after release days, I’ve noticed so many comments that are inflammatory and ignorant. These people are just doing their jobs and don’t deserve the vitriol directed towards them especially for products that are designed to be limited releases. I definitely empathize with the scarcity and agree things could be run more smoothly / communicated but it’s a win/lose to have that much knowledge and a huge bot / reseller problem. I appreciate their honesty in that they’re selling factory pre-orders for Labubus and that they did an early evening release last night from the feedback they recover. It seems like they have been working on their stock problems, even if it hasn’t been a super vocal thing. (Also like did y’all not watch QVC/HSN with your grandma?! Part of the appeal IS the anticipation and bantering with the hosts, or just background noise. 😭)

unboxing channel ppl were being rude and racist in the comments. I m happy that the host were too busy unboxing the surprise box. I feel like if you can't act grown then don't watch and bring that energy into the lives
