Make it black and white ajust the contrast/brightness/levels so it's black and white use an ATN that extracts linear art so it will extract the black put the original over as clipping masks or just use the free Adobe AI background extract or make it vector remove the white part

Any art for print should really technically be in CMYK format, if you want accurate colour matching, and PNG format doesn’t support CMYK. You might have to export as PDF (print) or TIF instead.
