I'm not saying there ain't interest in it but they're trying to force 23:11 and frm into settling on their terms what happens in December if our FM and 2311 wins the thing and then Nascar has to give them Charters back how do you sell something that you might have to give back if you lose a lawsuit so none of this makes not a bit of damn sense and that's NASCAR I know you carry the water but this is the beginning the end for NASCAR and it's going to show all the corruption all the dirty stuff and it's going to air their dirty laundry that's what this whole

I’m not a fan of either 2311 or FRM But I do think their original two charges apiece should be untouchable until the end of the trial. The charters from SHR though should be considered fair game as those charter sales were not completed unless the agreement was signed.

My guess this is just chatter to try to make the teams fold and settle out of court. NASCAR can’t do anything with those charters until the hearing and subsequent ruling in December.

The next OEM, Honda, Nissan or whoever it might be, will buy all six charters and lease them to the Front Row Motorsports and 23Xl until they get everything in line to enter NASCAR. Then when the new OEM is ready to enter NASCAR, 23Xl and Front Row Motorsports will become the new OEM teams.

What are they going to do if they sell the 6 charters and in 2026 or before they agree on new contracts, how does nascar make them whole again? Make them buy charters 37-43? That dilutes value for everyone too.

I'm not sure Junior can put that much money together. I know he's wealthy, but I believe it will take some type of investment group to do that and let Dale Junior be the name of the company.

So I’m kinda confused here. So if 2311 bought those charters wouldn’t they technically still own them even if they didn’t sign the charter agreement. They wouldn’t get the benefits from the agreement but technically they still own them. If not who wants to own a charter if nascar can just sell them off for not signing an agreement.

They should cut Jr a huge discount deal for charters. They would benifit from it as much as JRM would. It would bring back a lot of people who have left or rarely watch anymore.
