@caamrose: I fear the 3rd trimester has been better for me. 😭 now that I feel better I wanna start posting consistently more!! It’s been a rough journey for me mentally while preggo. But here’s some current updates: -Mentally & physically (besides getting bigger) I feel so much better -Weightlifting at a lower weight than normal around 2x a week -Solidcore about 1x per week -Lots of long walks in between days -Breaking out horribly -Almost up 20lbs -Cravings have it officially #naturalbirth #29weeks #29weekspregnant #pregnancyjourney #pregnancyworkout #prenataldepression #firsttimemomtips
