I can give an example where a planner who is my client of mine ,was laid off from work from well known company and only to be replaced by a foreign worker with less than 40% of pay. This is now become norm in lot of industries.

I am not blaming foreign workers or International students, but reality on ground has change to reality bad. And I agree it is not easy and painful steps needed to be taken to fix the issue,that may effect lot of people in negative ways
