I also have used freeze dried lemon juice. Sooo good with the blueberries!! I did add some plain white sugar with some inclusions, sooo good!

I couldn’t find freeze dried so I used dried blueberries. I also made my own lemon curd and believe I used WAY too much because it became a soupie mess in the end. :(

What part of TX are you in? I’m in N TX and I can’t get my loaves to come out right because of the heat and humidity. I keep my house at 70, I’ve been looking at the dough temp and following all the same guides as before but it’s so sticky!!! Help!!!!!
