As this incredible chapter of my life is about to come to an end; I would like to give thanks to God!! All glory to God; always. This chapter of my life has taught me the importance of having appreciation for yourself. I’ve pushed myself harder than levels of comprehension. I did all the work and I’m here today as an official U.S Army soldier. God has certainly placed teaching moments into my life and I’m grateful that I’ve been learning as I grow. I’ve stumbled, failed and had moments of defeat throughout this process. Yet, I’ve also smiled tremendously, laughed, and created a sense of camaraderie with my battles along the way. I’ve met astonishing people throughout this journey; people who have truly made this experience so much better. It sucked at times but at least we all embraced the suck together. I’m grateful for my forever battles! I’m stepping into the next chapter with a heart full of gratitude for all things and a sense of devotion to myself.
