@strawberryshortcate: Gonna start posting advice to myself in hopes that maybe it will help someone else 🫶🏼 Omg this was so therapeutic for me. It made me realize how CRAZY my brain is 😭, how much I care about my looks & how unhealthy that thinking is. Worried about wrinkles, worried that im not the size I want to be. And for what? What you look like literally does not matter & while I like to look good, emphasis should be less on trying to look good & more on working on myself internally. Easier said than done.
