@rheaescobar10: I did it once I’ll do it again I’m already down 42lbs so I’m doing it at my own pace this time around and not eating super low calories or doing excessive amounts of only cardio like I did before this time I’m eating in a calorie deficit with the right amount of calories for my body while going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week lifting heavy and doing my cardio after every lifting session slowly but surely I’m getting to where I wanna be I want slow and sustainable weightloss so that I can avoid as much as lose skin as possible and to keep the weight off this time around and I’m doing it it’s just taking me a little more time but that’s ok I will stay disciplined and consistent and hit all my goals like I have been❤️💪🏻🔥 #myjourney #weightloss #mevsme
